Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a contracts specialist/paralegal to assist the Legal Department with preparing, negotiating, tracking, and organizing client engagement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other contracts. You will interact with clients and internal stakeholders, maintain corporate records, and support governance matters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in contracts or as a paralegal, with a willingness to travel and strong organizational

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One year’s prior experience as a contracts specialist or paralegal required.
  • Certificate in paralegal studies or contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing, negotiating, tracking, and organizing contracts under supervision.
  • Communicate with clients, service providers, and internal stakeholders regarding contract delivery.
  • Maintain ACA’s corporate records and legal files.
  • Schedule and prepare materials for corporate governance matters.
  • Create and update Legal Department templates and files.
  • Perform ad-hoc work and special projects to support ACA initiatives.
