We are currently seeking a Manager, Contracts to join our Advanced Technology (AT) / Alternate Missions and Space (AM&S) Contracts organization, which focuses on key pursuits as well as development efforts that serve as the growth engine and front end of the business, critical to the future growth of Raytheon. This unique and challenging role will include supporting program execution, key pursuits, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing contractual guidance, developing Intellectual Property strategies and novel contracting approaches. Please note that this role is designated as onsite in Tucson, Arizona. Experience managing development contracts in a fast pace competitive environment Ability to understand the financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification Familiarity with contract types; Other Transaction Agreements, Intellectual Property, license agreements, or teaming agreements Experience mentoring others to communicate business strategies that identify appropriate opportunities for balanced business deals when preparing collaborative agreements. Strong presentation skills and ability to persuade various stakeholders

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
