Responsibilities

• Review requests from Sales to adapt standard language into non-standard contract language for complex non-standard contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal and Deal teams to draft non-standard terms for complex contracts.
• Review business terms in complex agreements for compliance with policies.
• Establish relationships and collaborate with Red Hat stakeholder teams to support contract activities.
• Utilize Deal Management frameworks and policies to deliver deal contracts addressing customer needs.
• Ensure accuracy of clause library and contract repository.
