Kyocera Document Solutions New England, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to manage Wilmington branch accounts, coordinate order processing workflows, ensure billing compliance, and support other branches.
You will verify contracts in eAutomate, set up new contracts in KFS, run meter reports, assist AR with contract issues, and maintain accurate contract documentation for audit and compliance. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are required.

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all KDSNE Wilmington branch accounts working with lease partners and internal and external customers. This role also supports the coordination of order processing workflows, ensures compliance with billing procedures, and contributes to process improvements in documentation accuracy and customer setup. Also, provide support and backup to other KDSNE branches. It is important to maintain excellent customer service representation to all groups.

The typical pay range for this role is $54,000 -$73,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
