Under the general direction of the Supervisor, Transmission Rates Unit, the incumbent performs the more complex and difficult electrical engineering work relating to technical and economic evaluation of transmission and interconnection service requirements, and transmission rate design for the reliable and cost-effective operation of the State Water Project (SWP).
