Job summary

Mark Anthony Group in Chicago is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support efficient and compliant processing of templated commercial agreements. You will manage day-to-day workflows, coordinate internal approvals, and maintain audit-ready records within the Compliance function.

You'll own end-to-end contract processing, escalate issues when needed, and partner with Legal, Sales and Marketing to protect the organization. Prior contract administration experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, compliance or legal operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contract workflows and maintain records.
• Clear written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process templated and routine commercial agreements in line with guidelines.
• Coordinate internal approvals and signatures, tracking contract status and following up as needed.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records in designated systems.
• Support commercial teams by identifying issues, escalating risks, and answering basic inquiries.
• Assist with research, template maintenance and departmental projects.
• Own end-to-end processing of templated and routine agreements.
