The Contracts Coordinator is primarily responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and revising Life.Church contracts, including identifying and recommending additions or revisions to legal terms and analyzing risk exposure based on data privacy, legal terminology, confidentiality, and other risk factors. This role manages trademark registrations and renewals and facilitates corporate registrations. The Coordinator will identify and elevate contracts and other legal concerns to the Legal team appropriately. This role will also support office operations by managing the team budget and Legal inbox, responding to basic questions and inquiries and escalating to other Legal team members where appropriate. The Coordinator will also act as the main point of contact for the Conga system and support back‑end management of the system.
This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
