Job summary

Beale Infrastructure Group seeks a Legal Contracts Manager to lead the full contract lifecycle for a fast-growing digital infrastructure platform in Seattle. You will draft, review, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements while optimizing CLM workflows and exploring AI-enabled improvements.

You will work with attorneys and cross-functional partners to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and scale legal operations as the company expands.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, or related field.
5+ years of independent contract negotiation and management experience.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to drive change management in contracting processes.

Responsibilities

Implement and administer a CLM platform and maintain the clause library.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts including tech agreements.
Identify and mitigate risks in vendor, agency, and real estate contracts.
Monitor legal and policy changes and update templates for compliance.
Improve contract workflows, templates, and best practices.
Collaborate with attorneys to share negotiation strategies.
Advise internal clients on policies and contracts.
Support training materials, metrics, and related duties.
Leverage AI to enhance daily contract operations.
