Job summary

You will gather requirements, perform testing, and collaborate with procurement, supply chain, legal, and contracts teams to drive alignment and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience working with contracts, clauses, templates, legal documentation or commercial agreements.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, including advanced formatting, styles, tables, headers/footers, and document controls.
• Strong attention to detail and document quality control skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Experience performing requirements gathering, system testing, validation, or quality assurance activities.
• Experience working with procurement, supply chain, legal, and/or contracts organizations.
• Familiarity with contract clause libraries and template governance.
• Previous experience supporting system implementations or business process improvement initiatives or as a technical writer.
• Demonstrated ability to drive behavioral change, process adoption, and organizational alignment.
