Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, tracking key terms, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist with process improvements and best practices to streamline contracting workflows and strengthen contract management.

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Attorney to support a growing organization in the Twin Cities. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsiblities

Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts, and customer agreements.
