Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) is seeking a Contracts Attorney to take a leading role in managing our core contract lifecycle and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Chief People & Procurement Officer, this is a strategic position that moves beyond simple support and will influence the Sales and Procurement functions to strengthen company discipline.

Qualifications

  • J.D. degree with bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • 2 to 3+ years of private practice or in-house experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications, utility construction, or related regulated industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts and support internal legal functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proven negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of customer, vendor, master service, NDA, and real estate contracts.
  • Support regulatory compliance programs and reporting at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Provide legal guidance to internal teams and help develop company policies.
