Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Management, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of federal contracting or acquisition experience.
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and experience supporting DoD programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract administration and acquisition support throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Review contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

  • Monitor contract performance and assist with issue resolution.
  • Maintain official contract files and documentation.
  • Research and interpret applicable FAR, DFARS, and agency regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • on-site position at the client facility with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule when approved by the client.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts Management, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of federal contracting or acquisition experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition organizations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DFARS and DoD acquisition regulations.
  • DAWIA or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) coursework or certification.
  • NCMA certifications (CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM).
  • Experience supporting major defense acquisition programs.
Clearance Requirement

Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
