Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Contracts & Analytics Administrator to support bid campaigns and manage supplier relationships in coordination with Corporate Procurement resources. Location is Malaga (Arvin, CA) with a day shift.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, plus travel and a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes data analytics, contract administration, and supplier verification within one of the world’s largest carrot and organic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Econ, or Finance) or equivalent training and 4 years of relevant job experience.
• Knowledge of commonly used Purchasing & Supply Chain concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Must have computer experience, good math skills, and strong communication skills.
• Must have the ability to travel as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol, physical and functional capacity evaluation

Responsibilities

• Support bid campaigns and lead team activities pertaining to supplier verification, selection, ongoing maintenance, and management of supplier relationships.
• Work closely with Corporate Procurement resources to support procurement processes.
