Job summary

The role supports supplier contract review, negotiation, renewals, and cost-saving initiatives, with cross-functional collaboration across the supplier lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of redlining, contract review, and procurement experience in a professional services environment, and proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and procurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2-4 years of supplier contracting or contract negotiation experience; law degree or attorney license preferred but not required.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating supplier agreements with minimal legal oversight.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, procurement practices, and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and procurement management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with data privacy, AI, financial services, or third-party risk management is a plus.
• Familiarity with international business practices and compliance across Americas, EMEA, and APAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and data privacy agreements.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, work orders, and terminations.
• Review and analyze RFIs and RFPs.
• Support supplier relationship management and cost-saving strategies.
• Analyze supplier data and market benchmarks to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the supplier lifecycle.
• Support third-party risk management and compliance initiatives as needed.
