Catalyst Mobility, a mission-driven organization focused on decarbonization, is seeking a Contracts Analyst to strengthen government contracting processes. The role requires 3–5 years of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts, with expertise in FAR, CFR, and California state contracts.

You will work across program, finance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful contract execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years drafting and negotiating government contracts.
• Experience with FAR, CFR, and California state contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; CPCM/CFCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate government contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, CFR, and regulations.
• Provide regulatory guidance on California contracting.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and legal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for government agencies.
• Evaluate contract management practices and suggest improvements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance.
