We Are Hiring
  • Department: Administration
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Days
  • Hospital: Ascension Sacred Heart
  • Location: Remote
What You Will Do

Facilitate and direct the legal review, negotiation, and resolution of contracts.

  • Develop contracts using approved model templates and create new contract model templates for approval.
  • Review and evaluate proposed contracts for necessary/acceptable terms and conditions.
  • Identify and negotiate revisions as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with contracting principals, internal departments, and external parties to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of issues.
  • May provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
