Edelman Holdings is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join the Contracts team within the Finance organization. The role supports drafting and reviewing NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements across clients in the United States and Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career contracts professional who has experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and is looking to continue developing their skills in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The Contracts Analyst will be part of a small team responsible for reviewing and supporting a variety of agreements across the business for multiple clients in the United States and Canada. The team reviews the financial and commercial terms of agreements, as well as all terms of Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant contracts experience reviewing NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn. Experience with Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and other commercial contract types is a plus but is not required. Prior experience within the public relations, marketing, advertising, or related professional services industries is also a plus.
This is a hybrid position and must be based in any Edelman office. Because the role supports teams and workflows aligned with the Pacific Time zone, the successful candidate must be available to work Pacific Time business hours, regardless of office location.

The successful candidate will bring energy, curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This role is particularly well suited for someone who has built a solid foundation in contract review and wants an opportunity to broaden their experience, take on increasingly complex work, and continue developing their commercial contracting skills within a global organization.
$50,000 - $70,000 per year #LI-PP1
