Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Contracts Administrator II to ensure contracts are executed accurately and on time. You will support contract lifecycle activities, perform quality reviews, and maintain contract documentation. This role partners with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include processing contracts, preparing amendments, and maintaining audit files. Strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • 2–5 years in contract administration or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and make sound decisions.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience working with databases and contract management systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Maintain contract records, legal documents, and internal databases.
  • Track authorizations, correspondence, and contract documentation.
  • Maintain complete audit files, including contracts, amendments, payment schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and identify potential risks.
  • Support risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Contracts Administrator II is responsible for ensuring vendor and client contracts are executed accurately and on time. This role supports contract lifecycle activities, performs quality reviews, maintains contract documentation, and partners with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Scope
  • Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of contract-related issues.
  • Work on assignments of moderate complexity.
  • Follow general guidance on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of contract execution experience within large organizations.
  • Experience with DocuSign.
  • Experience supporting procurement, legal, or vendor management teams.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform standard office-related tasks.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to use a computer and communicate effectively.
  • May require repetitive use of hands and wrists.

$59,812 - $94,440 USD annually

Salary is based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
