IAS tailors solutions to customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs to consistently exceed expectations - with an unrivaled record of on time and on (or under) budget deliveries.**Responsibilities:*** Update and maintain contract management systems and databases.* Assist in reviewing contract documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract activities.* Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and information.* Maintains close, professional interface with internal customer personnel (technical, administrative and business). Interfaces with external customers in coordination with the Contracts Manager.* Works with internal customers (program managers, program directors, etc.) ensuring all communication with external customers is concise and consistent from both technical and contractual personnel.* In coordination with Contracts Manager, reviews, recommends and negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements, ensuring SNC protection in terms and conditions.* Tracking, reconciling, closing and reporting Unbilled and Accounts Receivable status; supports in resolution of Invoice issues.* Tracks and submits Contracts and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documentation.* Interface with the USG PCOs, negotiating low-dollar/low-complexity contracts* Perform cradle-to-grave contract actions on low-dollar/low-complexity contracts to include proposal preparation and submission; negotiations; completing TINA certs; signing contracts; contract administration; and contract closeout* All other appropriate tasks as assigned by the supervisor.**Qualifications You Must Have:*** Associate's degree in a related field.* 0-2 years of experience in a related field.* Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* Skills to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize, and execute assigned workload to meet multiple deadlines.* Strong communication skills.* **The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required****Qualifications We Prefer:*** Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry.* Familiarity with government contract requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) regulations.* Ability to problem solve - applying originality, creativity and initiative.* Bachelor's degree in a related field.**Essential Functions:*** Ability to work primarily in an office environment.* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.* Ability to travel occasionally (<10%) for training or contract negotiations.This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.Estimated Starting Salary Range: $29.03 - $39.92.
