Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Contracts Manager I to lead cradle-to-grave contracting activities for AIS Contracts from Lone Tree, CO. The role interfaces with customers and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely contracting actions and robust protections for SNC.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all contracting activities align with SNC policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Serve as primary customer interface for solicitation and contractual matters, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support full contract administration, monitoring performance, cost allocation, and compliance; identify funding or scope adjustments.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable for assigned contracts and ensure timely payments.
  • Draft, review, route, and execute agreements and executive summaries to protect SNC's interests.
  • Review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other strategic documents with Contracts Administrators and Counsel.
  • Maintain contract documentation in SharePoint for audit readiness and transparency.
  • Build knowledge of Federal and Commercial contracting regulations; assist Export Compliance with ITAR/EAR considerations.
  • Provide leadership guidance to Contracts Administrators and deliver weekly updates to stakeholders.
