Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Contracts Administrator – Construction & Engineering for a contract assignment in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years in contract administration, procurement, or sourcing for construction or infrastructure.
• Experience developing, negotiating, and administering construction/engineering contracts.
• Experience leading RFx sourcing events, bid evaluations, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of EPC, design-build delivery, and engineering services agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFx events, solicit bids, evaluate commercial terms, and recommend contracts.
• Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts for construction and engineering services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to support vendor selection and awards.
• Prepare award recommendations and coordinate contract execution.
• Manage post-award administration, changes, claims, and closeout.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws and internal procedures.
• Handle multiple contracts and sourcing activities concurrently.
