  • Assist in developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed supply lists for individual product assemblies.
  • Review technical drawings and supporting documentation to identify applicable requirements and ensure alignment with contract specifications.
  • Compare specifications, technical drawings, and documentation to verify that appropriate materials, components, and supplies are being used.
  • Research specifications, standards, and requirements using company-provided websites and resources when contract information is unclear or incomplete.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and conflicting requirements within documentation and work through them using available resources and guidance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and analyze project information, materials data, and contract details.
  • Manage assigned work independently as a primary individual contributor while collaborating with project leadership and an experienced project consultant when additional guidance is required.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency when reviewing detailed and technical information to support quality and compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Backgrounds in areas such as document control, contract administration, compliance, quality documentation, supply chain, procurement, materials, technical documentation, manufacturing or operations support, configuration management, or project and data analysis are highly relevant.
  • Experience in proposal analysis or contract administration is beneficial for understanding contract requirements and translating them into material needs.
  • Familiarity with configuration management or quality documentation processes can support accurate materials and specification alignment.
  • Comfort working in a project-based environment where workload and duration depend on project needs.
  • Experience functioning as an individual contributor on technical or documentation-heavy projects.
