Job summary

Provisional Recruiting + Staffing seeks an upbeat and detail-oriented contract administrator for a leading insurance provider in Spokane.

You will process client requests for annuity surrenders, withdrawals, transfers, and verify distributions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong typing and computer skills preferred. This position is full-time and on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Typing speed of approximately 50 WPM.

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm Wage - $19/hour 100% paid benefit upon hire

Responsibilities

• Processing client request for annuity surrenders, withdrawls, transfers.


• Adhering to State and Federal Regulations, Conduct and Compliance


• Verifying all distributions and direct deposits


• Providing written and verbal communication to producers and clients


• Illustrate quotes and annuitize existing policies


• Other duties as assigned
