  • Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.

  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support inventory tracking and procurement reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposal documents.
  • Organize and maintain proposal files and templates.
  • Track proposal submissions and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel to visit military bases and installations
