Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. in Chatsworth, CA, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage all aspects of the contract process—from quoting and order entry to review, flow-downs, and delivery of products and services.

You will report to the Contracts Manager in an onsite role. Candidates should have 3–5 years of aerospace/manufacturing experience, knowledge of FAR/DFAR preferred, and NCMA certification preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract process: quoting, advanced order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services.
• Review and validate PO requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow-downs.
• Interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements.
• Manage quotes and proposals.
• Manage customer portals and maintain customer scorecards.
• Facilitate all customer requests and meetings.
• Maintain a high customer response rate with exceptional quality.

Compensation Pay Range

$38 - $48/hour, based on experience
