Job summary

MAPP Technologies L.L.C. in Joplin, Missouri seeks a Contract Administrator to manage contracts from quotation through order fulfillment, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure compliance and on-schedule delivery.

You will review orders, statements of work, and specs, monitor RFQs/RFPs, process changes, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and support audits with a focus on risk mitigation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, customer program management, or related role in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Experience reviewing customer purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customer contracts and contractual matters.
  • Review customer purchase orders, statements of work, specifications, and contract requirements for accuracy and compliance with quotations and company capabilities.
  • Coordinate contract acceptance and ensure customer requirements are communicated to all internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor RFQs/RFPs and communicate with proposal analyst to ensure a timely response.
  • Manage the order entry and contract review process, ensuring all contractual requirements are accurately captured within internal systems.
  • Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
  • Process contract modifications, engineering changes, and customer change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding contract status, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
  • Resolve contract-related issues in collaboration with internal departments and customers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate contract records and correspondence.
  • Escalate contractual, schedule, quality, or compliance issues to management when appropriate.
  • Support compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and quality requirements, including aerospace and defense standards where applicable.
  • Assist with customer audits, contract reviews, and program meetings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

MAPP Technologies, LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator who is responsible for the administration and execution of customer contracts from quotation through order fulfillment. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure contractual requirements, schedules, specifications, and deliverables are clearly communicated and successfully executed. The Contract Administrator exercises independent judgment in reviewing customer requirements, managing contractual obligations, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Estimating, and Finance to facilitate efficient contract execution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays. Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics and key deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
  • Process contract modifications, engineering changes, and customer change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding contract status, schedules, deliverables, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, customer program management, or a related role in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Experience reviewing customer purchase orders, contract terms and conditions, and technical requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and changing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound business judgment.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or government contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Summary
Compensation and Reporting

This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. A competitive compensation package will be offered, including base salary, bonus program participation, and a full suite of benefits.
