Job Description

System High protects critical national security programs and technologies with proactive, full-lifecycle protection. From early-stage R&D to operational execution, we work alongside our customers to ensure their missions are protected from start to finish.

We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing Contracts team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your expertise in federal contracting, this is a strong opportunity to deepen your skills while supporting meaningful work. You’ll play a key role in helping ensure our contracts stay compliant, accurate, and aligned with our mission.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation, including NDAs, subcontracts, modifications, and other related agreements
  • Track contract deliverables, funding levels, and key deadlines
  • Support the proposal process by assisting with document collection, formatting, and submission coordination
  • Help maintain accurate, audit-ready contract files and contract management systems
  • Coordinate internally with Business Development, Finance, Program Management, and Security to ensure contract terms and timelines are understood and fulfilled
  • Assist with annual reporting requirements, contract closeout documentation and compliance tracking
  • Review contracts for basic compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations under supervision
What You’ll Accomplish In Your First Six Months
  • Gain working knowledge of System High’s contract portfolio, processes, and regulatory framework
  • Take responsibility for tracking deliverables and maintaining organized, accurate contract records for our subcontract portfolio
  • Support at least one proposal submission or contract modification effort from start to finish
Qualifications
Must Haves
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in U.S. government contracting
  • Familiarity with FAR and DFARS regulations and contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to learn
Nice To Haves
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community contracts
  • Prior experience working with contract management systems or compliance tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Government, or a related field
