Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the full lifecycle of contracts, proposals, and sales orders in a fast-paced space and defense environment. This role requires working with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliant terms.
Reporting to the contracts manager, you will review terms, prepare submissions, and coordinate with finance to resolve issues, while maintaining regulatory compliance across programs. A U.S. person status is required.

Reporting to the contracts manager, this role supports the full lifecycle of contracts, proposals, and sales orders to help enable new business opportunities. The contracts administrator ensures accurate documentation, coordinates with internal teams, and supports customer interactions to maintain compliance, strengthen operational efficiency, and advance strategic program needs. This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.
