My MediRides is seeking reliable Stretcher Transport Drivers to safely transport patients to medical appointments, dialysis, and therapy sessions across multiple Florida locations.

The role includes in-field training, a company vehicle and fuel card, and a supportive team environment. Flexible scheduling and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verified driving experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 2+ years stretcher transport experience preferred.
• EMT-B or Paramedic certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to appointments.
• Provide professional, courteous service.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Report moving violations to supervisor.

Contractor Stretcher Transport Driver – Full Time / Part Time

Location: New Port Richey, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Seminole

Pay: $18/hr + Per-Trip Incentive

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Daytime)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments
• Provide professional, courteous service at all times
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Report any moving violations to supervisor immediately

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verified driving experience
• Valid state driver’s license
• 2+ Years prior stretcher transport experience is preferred
• Having EMT-B, Paramedic certification is preferrable
• At least 30 years of age
• Live within 30 minutes of job location
• Pass background, drug screening, MVR check.
• Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb in/out of vehicles
• Comfortable using GPS/technology
• English fluency (read/write/speak)
