Job summary

My MediRides is seeking reliable stretcher transport drivers to safely transport patients to medical appointments, dialysis, and therapy sessions. You will ensure patient safety, communicate professionally, and maintain patient confidentiality.

The job requires driving with a stretcher, adhering to protocols and company policies. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, prompt reporting of vehicle issues, and strict adherence to traffic laws while upholding a courteous, supportive service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verified driving experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• 2+ years prior stretcher transport experience preferred.
• EMT‑B or Paramedic certification preferred.
• Live within 30 minutes of job location.
• Pass background, drug screening, MVR check.
• Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs, bend, and climb in/out of vehicles.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments
• Provide professional, courteous service at all times
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Report any moving violations to supervisor immediately

Pay

$18/hr + Per-Trip Incentive.
