Cottingham & Butler is seeking a Contractor Service Coordinator in Dubuque, IA. You will be the reliable point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring coverage information is accurate.

You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience. The role emphasizes organization, strong communication, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation industry or commercial/personal lines insurance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service or client support experience is beneficial.
• Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.
