Job summary

Marvin in Alabama is seeking a Contractor Sales Representative to leverage knowledge of lumber, hardware, and building materials to drive sales with contractors, builders and remodelers. What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with contractors, builders or remodelers strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of lumber, building materials and general hardware.
• Blueprint reading, residential construction or material takeoff experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.Comfortable making sales calls and developing new business.
• Professional, dependable and customer-focused.
• Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders and work in a store, yard, warehouse and jobsites.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
