Job summary

Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to lead GEODSS O&M for three detachments. You will report to the Government PM, acting as single point of accountability for performance, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in DoD operations/mission contracts, and experience managing geographically dispersed sites including potential OCONUS travel. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, incl. 5 years managing DoD ops/mission contracts.
• Experience as accountable program or site manager on a firm-fixed-price government contract.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor’s single point of authority for GEODSS O&M across three detachments.
• Own the Program Management Plan including structure, staffing, and training approach.
• Direct Site Managers and program leads for system administration, maintenance, and logistics.
• Maintain staffing continuity with Vacancy Fill Plan and updated org charts.
• Drive contract performance: 99% sensor availability and timely reports.
• Oversee Quality Program and ensure independent quality reporting.
• Represent the program at weekly/bi-weekly/status meetings and reviews.
• Lead contract transition, staffing, and budget inputs.
• Manage contingency planning and crisis response across sites.
• Develop technical and cost proposals for Individual Job Orders.
• Maintain cybersecurity and CMMC compliance posture.
