Job summary

Redwire's Goleta facility is seeking a Contract - Production Asset Lead to join our manufacturing team for up to 6 months, with potential for full-time conversion. You will maintain production assets on the floor and oversee calibrated equipment, ensuring accuracy and uptime.

You will plan and execute proof loads, manage media, and bridge engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT and business systems to create safe, documented, and efficient workflows.

We are seeking a Contractor - Production Asset Lead to join the team in Goleta, CA for up to 6 months, with the potential for full-time conversion. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all production assets on the manufacturing floor. You will lead calibrated equipment oversight and administration, structure proof load planning and execution, and all media management. The role requires bridging between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, IT, and business systems to create safe, documented, and efficient workflows.
