OnTrac is hiring a Contractor Network Development Manager in Atlanta, GA and Phoenix, AZ to build and strengthen our contractor network, identifying partners and managing contracts that support growth and operational needs.

You will develop scalable sourcing and lead-management approaches, draft and negotiate agreements, ensure legal compliance, and manage lifecycle processes in collaboration with stakeholders to mitigate risk.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of contract principles and terminology.
• Knowledge of standard office software and contract management technologies.
• Adherence to OnTrac security guidelines per Acceptable Use policy.

Responsabilidades

• Contract drafting, review & negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts.
