Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage contractor timesheets, invoices, and data reporting within the Vegetation Management department. You will work with arborists and field supervision to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.

You will build KPI dashboards in Power BI, automate reports with Power Automate, and support regulatory reporting. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years in finance or data analytics are required, with experience in Maximo and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management or the equivalent.
Minimum of three years related professional experience; utility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage timesheet approvals and corrections to ensure timely contractor payments.
Reconcile contractor invoices in Maximo with POs, work orders, and totals.
Extract data and create reports from multiple databases to aid in invoice tracking; weekly status updates.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual reporting processes.
Maintain accurate, organized records of timesheets, invoices, and documentation.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with contractors as needed.
