Job summary

Eversource is seeking a data-driven professional to lead the analytics for its Engineering Organization, focusing on cost, schedule, and performance reporting for capital projects. You will collaborate with Engineering Management, Project Management, Investment Planning and other functions to ensure consistency of budgets and schedules with corporate goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 5–8 years of related experience, and strong Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project and program data and report on Engineering Organization performance.
• Produce complex reports and analyses for capital program governance and delivery.
• Monitor project costs, trends, schedules, and forecasting at project and program levels.
• Develop, maintain and report KPIs and project statistics for governance.
• Ensure costs are properly coded and allocated to budgets and variances.
• Create reporting formats/templates in line with stakeholder requirements.
