Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a detail-focused administrator to handle contractor timesheets, invoices, and analytics for the Connecticut Vegetation Department. The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with arborists and supervisors.

The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Maximo, plus a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience.
• Experience in the utility industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience with electronic invoicing applications and invoice processing procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage timesheet approvals and corrections to ensure timely contractor payments.
• Review and reconcile contractor invoices in Maximo with POs and totals.
• Extract data and create reports from multiple databases for invoice tracking.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports for internal management.
• Track and update weekly contractor production metrics and communications.
