Job summary

Qualifications

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate procurement-related contracts, amendments, statements of work, and other transactional documents.
• Review and respond to vendor-provided agreements and vendor redlines.
• Ensure contracts reflect business requirements and align with approved positions.
• Identify contractual, regulatory, financial, compliance, operational, and reputational risks.
• Apply standard contract language and fallback positions per playbooks and delegated authority.

Responsibilities

• Contract review and drafting support across procurement-related agreements.
• AI-assisted contract review and redlining within approved parameters.
• Negotiate contracts, provide redlines, and support negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and escalate to GC when legal advice is required.
• Maintain contract lifecycle management and contribute to playbook updates.
