We are currently accepting applications for Contracted Building Substitute Teachers for the 2026-27 school year.

• Substitute teacher will be assigned a job daily based on the district's needs.
• The contracted substitute teacher is guaranteed employment for 95% of the student days during the term of the appointment and must provide exclusive availability to the Brockport School District to serve as a per diem substitute teacher.

Required Credentials

• NYS teacher certification: Childhood Education Grades 1-6 or Nursery, K and Grades 1-6.
• Dual certification in Students with Disabilities Grades 1-6 or Literacy Birth - Grade 6 perferred but not required.

Preferred Credentials

• Successful prior teacher/student teacher experience; knowledge of NYS Learning Standards; technologically proficient.
