Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients about logistics and expectations.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup according to event design.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Point of contact for all vendors during the event.
• Coordinate placement of personal and event details.
