Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a contract UX Designer to join our Product Design team on-site three days per week at the corporate office. This full-time, temporary role offers hybrid work with on-site collaboration and remote focus time.

You will craft guest-facing and internal digital experiences and contribute to a scalable design system. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure designs meet business goals, brand standards, and user needs while iterating from

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX/product design experience in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or consumer digital products.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process and visual craft including research, wireframes, prototyping, and high-quality UI design.
• Ability to work independently and own end-to-end design with minimal direction when partnering with product teams.
• Experience designing for web and mobile with a mobile-first approach and working within a design system.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for guest-facing and internal digital products from concept through high-fidelity execution.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps to communicate design solutions.
• Extend and maintain the design system in Figma and deliver engineering-ready components.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align designs with goals and brand standards.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to validate design decisions.
