Target is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Minneapolis to translate guest insights and business opportunities into clear experience direction across channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to map journeys, create service design artifacts, and deliver scalable guest experiences. The role blends craft with systems thinking and requires strong communication, independence, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing systems thinking.
• Proficiency in service design methods such as journey mapping and blueprints.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams within complex environments.
• Strong time management, independence, and high-quality design delivery.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Ability to translate guest insights and business data into design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-design stakeholders.
• Growth mindset and commitment to inclusive, scalable experiences.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to UX strategy and vision for multi-touchpoint guest experiences
• Create service design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, and storyboards to align teams and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and store operations partners to align on experience outcomes
• Participate in design sprints and co-creation sessions to explore, prototype, and refine new concepts
• Deliver design work across phases—from early journey concepts to mid-fidelity flows and wireframes
• Apply both qualitative and quantitative data to understand guest needs and prioritize opportunities
• Holding your work to a high standard of craft—consider accessibility, interaction patterns, information architecture, and brand alignment
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and guest-first thinking within your immediate team
