Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate to perform large parts assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing plant in Smithfield, NC. • Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete required large parts assembly activities for an assigned work cell while maintaining high product quality.
• Achieve and maintain daily production rates and goals as required by the business.
• Read, understand, and follow standard work instructions for all assigned tasks.
• Keep supervisory staff informed of all cell activity, including quality issues and safety matters.
