This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in industrial maintenance, who is looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties designed to maintain and enhance the functionality of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
2. Performing preventive maintenance tasks to keep machinery operating optimally.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
4. Managing conveyor systems, ensuring they are in good working condition and performing any necessary repairs or adjustments.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
6. Providing expert consultation and advice on maintenance strategies and process improvements.
7. Documenting all maintenance and repair work, and maintaining a comprehensive database of machinery history and parts.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Demonstrated expertise in electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance.
3. Proficiency in maintaining and repairing conveyor systems.
4. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
5. Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and procedures in understandable terms.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
10. A degree or certificate in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is .
