What You’ll Do

As a Therapist with RFS Behavioral Health, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Support children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges
• Address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, and behavioral health
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
• Connect families to resources that promote long‑term stability and success
• Help students build confidence, resilience, coping skills, and healthy relationships
