We are looking for an experienced Contract Talent Manager to join our growing Contract Talent Division! In this role, you will maintain a "ready-to-work" roster of top-notch legal professionals. You will drive our high-speed placement process, ensuring clients get the specialized contract talent they need exactly when they need it. What You’ll Do

• Conduct 10+ virtual interviews per week to consistently refresh and expand a national talent pool of legal professionals.
• Proactively source and vet a deep pipeline of contract attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals.
• Fill urgent, short-term, and project-based roles with lightning speed.
• Manage our temporary workforce through vetting, onboarding and during engagements

• 1+ Years of experience as a recruiter or legal professional
