Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of corporate IT experience across networking, computing and communications.
• Experience installing software in multi-platform environments.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (email, chat, phone) and day-to-day admin tasks.
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux maintenance, basic networking, scripting and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies and IAM concepts (AD/LDAP/SSO).

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company IT networking, communications, and infrastructure across locations.
• Coordinate with Samsung counterparts to ensure access to key networks and tools.
• Assist with procurement and asset management for hardware and software installations.
• Support a mobile workforce and explore new technologies for efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day IT tickets and escalations following procedures.
• Help implement IT policies to protect assets while maintaining productivity.
• Collaborate with People Team on onboarding/offboarding processes.
