MCPC is seeking a seasoned Systems Administrator for a six-month contract at our Tennessee site. The role serves as the primary contact for application, network, hardware, and software issues and enhancements, ensuring uptime and performance for the site.

The successful candidate will have 6–11+ years of IT experience, deep expertise in AD, Azure, SharePoint, and networking, and the ability to train colleagues on Microsoft Office and related tools. Travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; experience may substitute.

Aufgaben

• Maximize uptime and ensure technology satisfaction.
• Manage network performance and hardware needs.
• Administer computer networks and support IT and MES projects.
• Deploy and manage VeloCloud SDWAN, firewalls, backups, VPN, and virtualization.
• Provide desktop and server support.
• Maintain telephone (Avaya) and camera systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform monthly server maintenance.
• Travel to other locations as required.
• Provide training in Office, Citrix, IFS, MixVision (SQL), and other operating systems.
• Assist with site migrations, acquisitions, closures.
• Set up workstations and software for associates.
