Boys Town is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Purchasing Manager to lead the day‑to‑day procurement operations that support our mission‑driven healthcare and youth care programs. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, cost‑effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services while driving operational efficiency, vendor performance, and inventory optimization across the organization. As the Purchasing Manager, you will oversee purchasing activities, lead supplier negotiations, manage procurement processes and technologies, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational needs are met. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and relationship‑management skills who is committed to responsible financial stewardship. Position is on site.

Position is relatively sedentary in a normal office administrative environment involving minimum exposure to physical risks. Will use office equipment such as a computer/laptop, monitor, keyboard, and a general workstation set‑up.
